YOUR ELIGIBILTY
To obtain cover your website must be currently clean from infections and malware. If you are unsure please feel free to use our FREE SCAN. If your site is currently infected then please first get your site cleaned using our FIX ONLY or FIX&PROTECT plans.


SERVICE PROVIDER
To cover your claim we will source and provide the malware removal service. We will almost exclusively use our OneHourSiteFix service as it is very likely the best and fastest in the industry at malware removal


CLAIMS
There’s no limit to how many times you can claim for hack removal from your site, but you are limited to two (2) cleanups per year, per website.

Is there any excess fee?
No. There are no hidden charges for our cover. There is also no limit to how many times you can claim for hack removal from your site, but you are limited to two (2) clean-ups per year, per website.
If your site is under such attention by hackers that it needs more than 2 cleans per year then we will recommend a Cloud-Based firewall service to keep the hackers completely away from your website. Such as our FIX&PROTECT plans package. Don’t worry our security experts will be there to guide you every step of the way.
Is my website covered for infections that occurred before my policy started?
No, any incident prior to the start date of your insurance will not be covered. If your site is already hacked when signing up we suggest you use our FIX ONLY plan first to get your website 100% clean and then start your new CyberInsurance cover
Does you insurance cover any type of website?
Yes we can cover ALL types of websites. It does not matter to us if it is WordPress, Magento, Drupal, Joomla, Prestashop, OpenCart, ASP, Forum software, etc we can cover every type of website. Please note that we do reserve the full right to refuse offering cover to websites that we feel are serving inappropriate content.
How do I make a claim?
It is super simple to make a claim. Just use the chat box on our website to our support team and mention the name of your website. Our team will quickly verify your details and then immediately resolve your issue and claim for you.
If your website(s) is hacked our team will be able to clean it within an hour (they will keep you updated every step of the way via our ticketing system). If you prefer you can also email us at [email protected] with your claim request and that will start the same process in motion.
Can I claim from the first day my cover starts ?
There is a minimum period of 60 days from your policy start date before a claim can be submitted. This is to help us eradicate fraudulent attempts when people sign up for cover with already hacked websites (yes people unfortunately do try that).
What happens if I give false information?
We rely on the information you provide to us either online, over the phone or in writing to make decisions about your insurance and any claim. If you do not answer accurately and completely any questions we ask, we might invalidate your insurance and/or we might reject your claim.
